Pasalnya, kampanye yang dimaksud dituangkan dalam bentuk iklan yang menyindir keberadaan dua penguasa internet tersebut.
Ide general kampanye Skype yang bertajuk 'It's Time for Skype' ini adalah bahwa komunikasi berbasis teks milik Twitter dan Facebook membuat orang-orang menjadi seperti 'zombie'. Di sisi lain, Skype diklaim sebagai satu-satunya cara membuat orang tetap menjadi manusia selagi mereka berkomunikasi secara online.
